Project Features:
- Wash down of the exterior walls, reconstruction of pediment walls and parapets with installation of flashing.
- Removal and reinstallation of exterior top of wall precast stone copings, new precast lintels, installation of flashing over cast stone panels at tower windows.
- Repointing, repair and replacement of exterior brick, refurbishment of exterior doors and windows, and replacement of the PVC membrane flat roof.
